Your account
Two ways. The first one is immediate.
Open Padeo, then Profile → Privacy and data → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. The same screen lets you export your data first, if you want to keep a copy.
If you can no longer reach the app, write to hello@padeo.app from your account's address, with "Delete my account" as the subject. We handle requests within thirty days, usually within forty-eight hours.
What gets deleted
Your profile, name, photo, level, date of birth, languages, followed clubs, your messages in match conversations, your Padeo Date profile and every swipe, your community memberships and the messages you posted there, your declared ranking, your notification tokens.
Matches and tournaments you played still exist for the other players, but your name is replaced with "deleted player". A score shared by four people cannot vanish because one of them leaves.
If one of your posts was reported, the record of how it was handled is kept for twelve months, without your name. App stores and the European Digital Services Act require it.
There is no cooling-off window: once confirmed, the deletion is done. You can create a new account later, but nothing is restored.
Without closing your account
You do not have to erase everything in order to erase something.
Padeo Date → Turn the module off. Immediately erases your dating profile, the photos that were in it, your preferences and every interest you expressed. Your Padeo account and your matches are untouched.
My listings → Remove. The listing and its photos disappear. Your monthly quota is not given back.
Profile → Edit. Remove your photo, bio, languages or ranking. Emptied fields are erased, not hidden.
Long-press the message, then Delete. Leaving the community also removes the messages you posted there.
Profile → Availability and Clubs. Cleared in one gesture, with no effect on anything else.

What cannot be removed on its own: the matches and tournaments you have already played, because they belong to the other three players too. They go only when the account is deleted, and your name is then replaced by "deleted player". If you have a Padeo Date subscription, cancel it separately. Deleting your Padeo account does not cancel a subscription taken out with Google Play or the App Store: it is cancelled in your account settings with them, and stays active until the end of the current period. Padeo stores no banking details and collects nothing directly; refund requests are handled by the store.
